A creamy holiday martini with warm spice, vanilla, and winter sweetness using LAVA vanilla syrup.

Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka
• 0.75 oz LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup
• 0.5 oz LAVA Vanilla Syrup
• 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
• Pinch ground ginger
• Pinch cinnamon
• Garnish: crushed gingerbread cookie rim or cinnamon stick
• Ice: shaken and served up

Instructions

  1. Rim a martini or coupe glass with crushed gingerbread cookie (optional).

  2. Add vodka, LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup, LAVA Vanilla Syrup, cream, ginger, and cinnamon to a shaker.

  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled and smooth.

  4. Fine strain into the prepared glass.

  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or light spice dust.

Notes

• Use half-and-half for a lighter, more sippable martini.
• Add 0.25 oz LAVA Salted Caramel Syrup for a richer dessert profile.
• Can be served over ice as a low-stem winter cocktail.
