A festive sparkling white sangria with citrus, winter fruit, prosecco, and LAVA syrups.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes (includes chill time)
  • Yield: 6 – 8

Ingredients

• 1 bottle dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
• 0.5 cup LAVA Simple Syrup
• 0.25 cup LAVA Vanilla Syrup
• 0.25 cup LAVA Grenadine
• 0.75 cup fresh orange juice
• 0.5 cup white cranberry juice
• 1 cup sliced green apples
• 1 cup fresh cranberries
• 1 bottle prosecco or sparkling wine (chilled)
• Garnish: rosemary sprigs + dehydrated citrus wheels
• Ice: added to glasses, not pitcher

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, LAVA Simple Syrup, LAVA Vanilla Syrup, LAVA Grenadine, orange juice, and white cranberry juice.

  2. Stir gently until fully blended.

  3. Add sliced apples and fresh cranberries.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  5. Just before serving, gently stir in prosecco.

  6. Serve over ice in wine glasses and garnish with rosemary and citrus wheels.

Notes

• Add prosecco just before serving to maintain bubbles.
• Swap apples for pears for a softer winter profile.
• For a lighter version, reduce Simple Syrup to 0.25 cup.
• Approx 150–180 calories per serving depending wine choice.
