A low-alcohol citrus aperitif made with dry vermouth, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, and a light sparkling finish.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz dry vermouth
• 0.75 oz LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix
• 0.25 oz LAVA Simple Syrup
• 2 oz club soda
• Garnish: orange peel
• Ice: cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.

  2. Add dry vermouth, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, and LAVA Simple Syrup.

  3. Stir gently to chill and combine.

  4. Top with club soda.

  5. Express an orange peel over the glass and drop it in as garnish.

Notes

• Keep the pour gentle to preserve the aperitif character.
• Use a high-quality dry vermouth, as it is the base of the drink.
• For a drier version, reduce LAVA Simple Syrup to 0.15 oz.
• Approx 110–130 calories depending vermouth brand.
