A fresh peach cocktail made with peach purée, citrus, and LAVA Agave Nectar.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon or vodka
• 1 oz peach schnapps
• 2 oz fresh peach purée
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz LAVA Agave Nectar
• Garnish: peach slice or lemon wheel
• Ice: shaken and served over fresh ice or up

Instructions

  1. Add bourbon or vodka, peach schnapps, peach purée, lemon juice, and LAVA Agave Nectar to a shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and smooth.

  3. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass, or strain into a coupe for an up presentation.

  4. Garnish with a peach slice or lemon wheel.

Notes

• Bourbon adds warmth and depth; vodka keeps it light and fruit-forward.
• Use ripe, fresh peaches for best flavor; frozen purée works well off-season.
• Add a splash of soda water for a lighter, spritz-style version.
