A hibiscus pineapple margarita made with tequila, LAVA Skinny Margarita Mix, and a floral red finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz blanco tequila
• 1.25 oz LAVA Skinny Margarita Mix
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.75 oz chilled hibiscus tea (strong brewed)
• 0.25 oz LAVA Simple Syrup (optional, to adjust sweetness)
• Garnish: pineapple wedge + dried hibiscus flower or lime wheel
• Rim: salt or hibiscus-sugar (optional)
• Ice: shaken and served over fresh ice

Instructions

  1. If desired, rim a rocks glass with salt or hibiscus-sugar and set aside.

  2. Add tequila, LAVA Skinny Margarita Mix, pineapple juice, hibiscus tea, and LAVA Simple Syrup to a shaker.

  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled.

  4. Strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.

  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and dried hibiscus or lime wheel.

Notes

• Brew hibiscus tea strong and chill completely for best color.
• Add a splash of soda water for a lighter, spritz-style margarita.
