Ingredients

1.5 oz vodka

½ oz LAVA Hazelnut Syrup

1 oz heavy cream or half & half

1 egg white (optional, for foam)

Garnish: cocoa powder or crushed hazelnuts

Ice: a few cubes for shaking
Instructions

Add all ingredients (except garnish) into a cocktail shaker without ice.

Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice and shake again until chilled and frothy.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Notes
• Omit the egg white for a lighter version — it will still be creamy from the LAVA syrups.
