A decadent espresso cocktail made with vodka, LAVA Espresso Martini Mix, and LAVA Hazelnut Syrup for a nutty, creamy finish.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 1 oz LAVA Espresso Martini Mix

  • ½ oz LAVA Hazelnut Syrup

  • ½ oz Kahlua
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half & half

  • 1 egg white (optional, for foam)

  • Garnish: cocoa powder or crushed hazelnuts

  • Ice: a few cubes for shaking

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except garnish) into a cocktail shaker without ice.

  2. Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

  3. Add ice and shake again until chilled and frothy.

  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  5. Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or a sprinkle of crushed hazelnuts.

Notes

• Omit the egg white for a lighter version — it will still be creamy from the LAVA syrups.
• Sub bourbon for vodka for a richer, spiced variation.
• Approx. 220–240 calories per serving.
