A creamy, nutty bourbon cocktail made with peanut butter whiskey, LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup, and a touch of cream. Smooth, warm, and perfect for fall and winter.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz peanut butter whiskey

  • 1 oz bourbon

  • 1/4 oz LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup

  • 1 oz half & half or cream

  • Small pinch cinnamon (optional)

  • Garnish: cinnamon stick or mini peanut butter cup

  • Ice: cubed

Instructions

  1. Add peanut butter whiskey, bourbon, LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup, cream, and ice to a shaker.

  2. Shake vigorously until smooth and chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or mini peanut butter cup.

Notes

• Add a small pinch of cinnamon for extra warmth.
• Swap cream for oat milk or almond milk for a lighter version.
• Serve up in a coupe for a more elegant presentation.
