A bright, low-calorie cocktail made with vodka, cucumber, basil, and LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup. Fresh, aromatic, and under 120 calories.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka

  • ½ oz LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup

  • 3 cucumber slices

  • 3 fresh basil leaves

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • Top with soda water (about 2 oz)

  • Garnish: cucumber ribbon or basil leaf

  • Ice: cubed

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle cucumber slices and basil with LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup and lime juice.

  2. Add vodka and ice, then shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
