A crisp and bubbly Paloma cocktail made with LAVA Grapefruit Paloma Mixer and tequila — refreshing and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila (blanco recommended)

  • 3 oz LAVA Grapefruit Paloma Mixer

  • 2 oz club soda

  • Rim: LAVA Habenero & Honey Rim Salt

  • Garnish: grapefruit wedge

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass with LAVA Honey & Honey Rim Salt.

  2. Fill glass with ice cubes.

  3. Add tequila and LAVA Grapefruit Paloma Mixer.

  4. Top with club soda.

  5. Stir gently and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Notes

  • Try using mezcal instead of tequila for a smoky twist.

  • For a lighter version, add extra club soda.
