A cozy, aromatic gin cocktail with rosemary, lemon, and LAVA Nectar Syrup for smooth, warm sweetness.

  • Total Time: 3
  • Yield: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin (London dry or botanical style recommended)

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • ¾ oz LAVA Nectar Syrup

  • 1 small rosemary sprig (plus extra for garnish)

  • Optional: splash of soda water to finish

  • Garnish: rosemary sprig + thin lemon wheel

  • Ice: cubes

Instructions

  1. Add rosemary and LAVA Nectar Syrup to a shaker and press gently to release aroma (do not over muddle).

  2. Add gin, lemon juice, and ice.

  3. Shake until chilled and aromatic.

  4. Strain into a rocks or coupe glass over fresh ice.

  5. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.

  6. Optional: top with a light splash of soda for extra brightness.

Notes

• Heating the rosemary with steam from the glass (or a quick torch) releases even more aroma.
• Use Meyer lemon juice for a softer, floral citrus profile.
• Add ½ oz LAVA Vanilla Syrup to turn this into a cozy, sweeter fall version.
• Approx. 140–165 calories, depending on soda use.
