A creamy, fall-inspired White Russian made with pumpkin, vodka, coffee liqueur, and LAVA Vanilla Syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 1 oz  Kahlúa (coffee liqueur)

  • 1 oz cream or half & half

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin purée

  • 1/2 oz LAVA Vanilla Syrup

  • Pinch cinnamon or pumpkin spice

  • Garnish: cinnamon sprinkle or nutmeg

  • Ice: cubes

Instructions

  1. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, LAVA Vanilla Syrup, and pumpkin purée to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake briefly to blend and chill.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  4. Slowly pour cream over the top (it will float and swirl).

  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Notes

• Use coconut milk or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
• Add extra LAVA Vanilla Syrup for a sweeter, dessert-style drink.
• For a stronger coffee flavor, add 1/4 oz LAVA Espresso Martini Mix.
