Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin or vodka

  • ½ oz LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2 oz coconut water (unsweetened)

  • Garnish: lemon wheel + toasted coconut rim or mint sprig

  • Ice: cubed

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
