Ingredients
• 2 oz mulled red wine (heated w/ cinnamon & orange peel)
• 1 oz LAVA Ruby Red Paloma Mix
• 0.75 oz blanco tequila
• 0.25 oz LAVA Simple Syrup (optional)
• Garnish: star anise + dehydrated orange
• Ice: none (served hot)
Instructions
- Warm mulled wine gently — do not boil.
- Stir in tequila and LAVA Paloma Mix.
- Serve in a glass mug with spiced garnish.
Notes
• Mezcal adds smokiness.
• Add honey for thicker mouthfeel.
