Ingredients
• 1.5 oz light or aged rum (per serving)
• 1.5 oz tart red fruit juice
• 1 oz fresh citrus juice
• 0.5 oz LAVA Simple Syrup
• 0.25 oz LAVA Grenadine
• 1–2 oz club soda or ginger ale (to top)
• Garnish: citrus wheels + fresh berries + rosemary sprig
• Ice: cubes or large block for batching
Instructions

Add rum, red fruit juice, citrus juice, LAVA Simple Syrup, and LAVA Grenadine to a shaker or pitcher.

Stir well until fully combined and chilled.

Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass or punch cup.

Top with club soda or ginger ale.

Notes
• For a pitcher (8 servings): multiply ingredients by 8 and chill; add bubbles just before serving.
