Ingredients
• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix
• 0.25 oz LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup
• 2–3 oz club soda or sparkling water
• Garnish: rosemary sprig + lemon peel
• Ice: shaken, served over fresh ice or up
Instructions

Add gin, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, and LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup to a shaker.

Add ice and shake briefly to chill.

Strain into a coupe (no ice) or highball over fresh ice.

Top with club soda or sparkling water.

Garnish with a rosemary sprig and expressed lemon peel.
Notes
• Lightly clap the rosemary before garnishing to release aroma.
• Use a floral gin for a softer profile or a London dry for crispness.
• For extra celebration, replace soda with prosecco.
