Ingredients
• 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
• 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
• 0.75 oz caramel liqueur
• 0.25 oz LAVA Vanilla Syrup
• Garnish: caramelized sugar crust or light cinnamon sugar dust
• Ice: shaken and served up
Instructions

Add vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, caramel liqueur, and LAVA Vanilla Syrup to a shaker.

Add ice and shake vigorously until smooth and well chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

Garnish with a caramelized sugar crust or a light cinnamon sugar dust.
Notes
• Rim the glass with sugar and briefly torch for an authentic brûlée effect.
• Skip torching and dust with cinnamon sugar for quicker service.
• For extra richness, add 0.25 oz heavy cream.
