• 1 oz LAVA Ruby Red Grapefruit Mix
• 0.25 oz LAVA Vanilla Syrup
• Garnish: expressed grapefruit peel or thin grapefruit twist

LAVA Ruby Red Grapefruit Mix and LAVA Vanilla Syrup to a chilled flute or coupe.

Stir gently to combine.

Top slowly with brut Champagne.

Notes
• Use brut or extra-brut Champagne to keep the drink crisp and dry.
• Ruby red grapefruit adds a softer, blush tone; white grapefruit is sharper and more citrus-forward.
• For service speed, pre-batch grapefruit juice and vanilla syrup (do not add Champagne until serving).
