A winter-white Paloma with grapefruit, coconut water, and a coconut flake salt rim

Ingredients

• 2 oz blanco or reposado tequila
• 1.5 oz LAVA Grapefruit Paloma Mix
• 1 oz unsweetened coconut water
• 2–3 oz club soda or sparkling mineral water
• Rim: flaky sea salt + unsweetened coconut flakes
• Garnish: dehydrated grapefruit wheel + rosemary sprig
• Ice: cubes or crushed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rim by mixing flaky sea salt and unsweetened coconut flakes on a small plate.

  2. Lightly moisten the rim of a rocks or highball glass with grapefruit or water, then dip into the coconut-salt mixture.

  3. Fill the glass with ice.

  4. Add tequila, LAVA Grapefruit Paloma Mix, and coconut water.

  5. Stir gently to combine and chill.

  6. Top with club soda or sparkling mineral water.

  7. Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit wheel and rosemary sprig

Notes

• Use fine coconut flakes for better adhesion and a clean rim.
• Reposado tequila adds warmth and depth for winter service.
• Prosecco can replace soda for a celebratory version.
• Optional: add a pinch of powdered sugar to the rim mix for a “snow-dusted” effect.
