Ingredients

Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz raspberry liqueur (Chambord)
• 0.75 oz LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix
• 3 oz prosecco or champagne
• Garnish: fresh raspberries or lemon twist
• Ice: cubes

Instructions

  1. Shake gin, raspberry liqueur, and LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix in a shaker with ice. Strain into a flute or champagne glass,

  2. Top with prosecco or champagne.

  3. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a lemon twist.

Notes

• Use a dry prosecco for a less sweet finish.
