1 oz LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix
0.25 oz LAVA Simple Syrup
Garnish expressed lemon peel

Instructions

Add LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix and LAVA Simple Syrup to a chilled coupe or flute.

Stir gently to combine.

Slowly top with brut prosecco.

Express a lemon peel over the glass and discard or place as garnish.
