Holiday peppermint mocha espresso martini made with LAVA Espresso Martini Mix.

Ingredients

• 1.75 oz vodka
• 1.5 oz LAVA Espresso Martini Mix
• 0.25 oz chocolate liqueur or crème de cacao
• 2–3 drops peppermint extract
• Garnish: crushed candy cane rim or chocolate shavings + coffee beans
• Ice: shaken and served up

Instructions

  1. If desired, rim a coupe or martini glass with crushed candy cane.

  2. Add vodka, LAVA Espresso Martini Mix, chocolate liqueur, and peppermint extract to a shaker.

  3. Add ice and shake hard until well chilled and foamy.

  4. Fine strain into the prepared glass.

  5. Garnish with coffee beans or chocolate shavings.

Notes

• Use peppermint sparingly — a few drops go a long way.
• For a creamier mocha profile, add 0.25 oz heavy cream.
• Skip the rim for a sleeker, upscale presentation.
