A dry, modern daiquiri made with aged rum, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, and subtle agave sweetness.

Ingredients

2 oz aged rum
0.75 oz LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix
0.25 oz LAVA Agave Nectar
Garnish thin lime wheel or LAVA dehydrated lime
Ice shaken and served up

Instructions

  1. Add aged rum, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, and LAVA Agave Nectar to a shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake until well chilled.

  3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with a thin lime wheel or LAVA dehydrated lime.

Notes

• Use an aged rum with moderate oak to avoid overpowering the citrus.
• Keep agave restrained to preserve the dry profile.
