Ingredients
• 1.75 oz blanco tequila
• 1 oz LAVA Margarita Mix
• 0.25 oz LAVA Agave Nectar
• 2.5–3 oz brut Champagne or dry sparkling wine
• Garnish: expressed lime peel or thin lime wheel
• Ice: shaken, then topped
Instructions

Add tequila, LAVA Margarita Mix, and LAVA Agave Nectar to a shaker.

Add ice and shake briefly until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe or flute.

Gently top with Champagne.

Garnish with an expressed lime peel or a thin lime wheel.
Notes
• Use brut or extra-brut Champagne to keep the drink crisp and balanced.
• Avoid prosecco if possible — Champagne or dry cava works best.
• For a softer profile, reduce tequila to 1.5 oz and increase Champagne slightly.
