• 0.5 oz LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup
• 0.5 oz pear juice or pear nectar
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• Garnish: dehydrated pear slice or lemon peel
• Ice: large clear cube or sphere
Instructions

Add bourbon, LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup, pear juice, and bitters to a mixing glass.
