Ingredients
• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz pear juice or pear nectar
• 1/2 oz LAVA Nectar Syrup
• 1/4 oz LAVA Vanilla Syrup
• 2 dashes cinnamon or aromatic bitters
• Garnish: pear slice and cinnamon stick
• Ice cubes
Instructions

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add bourbon, pear juice, LAVA Nectar Syrup, LAVA Vanilla Syrup, and bitters.

Shake until chilled and lightly frothy.

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a pear slice and a cinnamon stick.
Notes
• Substitute rye whiskey for a spicier, sharper version.
• Add a splash of ginger ale for a lighter, sparkling twist.
