2 oz bourbon

½ oz peach purée or peach syrup

Splash of club soda

Garnish: lemon wheel + mint sprig

Ice: cubed
Instructions

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add bourbon, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, LAVA Simple Syrup, and peach purée.

Shake lightly and pour into a tall glass over ice.

Top with club soda and stir gently.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
Notes
• Sub vodka for a lighter version.
• Add fresh muddled peaches for texture.
• Use sparkling water instead of soda for less sweetness.
