Ingredients

1 oz silver tequila

1 oz light rum
-
½ oz LAVA Grenadine Syrup (for layering)

¼ oz LAVA Simple Syrup (optional, for balance)

2 oz pineapple juice

Dash of chili tincture or a thin slice of fresh jalapeño

Garnish: dehydrated orange wheel or pineapple leaf

Ice: cubed
Instructions

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add tequila, rum, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, pineapple juice, and LAVA Simple Syrup.

Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

Slowly pour in LAVA Grenadine Syrup to create a red layer at the bottom.

Add one thin jalapeño slice or a small chili tincture drop for a light heat finish.

Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel or pineapple leaf.
Notes
• Sub coconut rum for a sweeter tropical twist.
• Add soda water for a lighter version.
• Omit spice for a more fruit-forward cocktail.
