2 oz vodka

3–4 fresh strawberries

3 mint leaves

½ oz fresh lemon juice

Top with soda water

Garnish: strawberry slice + mint sprig

Ice: crushed or cubed
Instructions

In a shaker, muddle strawberries and mint.

Add vodka, LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup, and lemon juice.

Fill with ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a glass over fresh ice.

Top with soda water and garnish with strawberry and mint.
Notes
• Sub rum for a tropical twist.
• Use sparkling water for extra bubbles.
