A fresh and fruity low-calorie cocktail made with vodka, LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup, and muddled strawberries. Refreshing, clean, and under 130 calories.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka

  • ½ oz LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup

  • 3–4 fresh strawberries 

  • 3 mint leaves

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • Top with soda water

  • Garnish: strawberry slice + mint sprig

  • Ice: crushed or cubed

Instructions

  • In a shaker, muddle strawberries and mint.

  • Add vodka, LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup, and lemon juice.

  • Fill with ice and shake until chilled.

  • Strain into a glass over fresh ice.

  • Top with soda water and garnish with strawberry and mint.
