A refreshing, low-calorie mojito made with white rum, LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup, and fresh mint. Light, bubbly, and under 120 calories.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum

  • ½ oz LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves

  • Top with soda water (about 3 oz)

  • Garnish: mint sprig + lime wheel

  • Ice: crushed

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup and lime juice.

  2. Add rum and a handful of ice.

  3. Shake lightly and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.

  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.

Notes

• Add cucumber slices for a spa-style variation.
