Ingredients

2 oz white rum

½ oz fresh lime juice

5–6 fresh mint leaves

Top with soda water (about 3 oz)

Garnish: mint sprig + lime wheel

Instructions

In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup and lime juice.

Add rum and a handful of ice.

Shake lightly and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.

Top with soda water and stir gently.

Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.

• Add cucumber slices for a spa-style variation.
