½ oz fresh lemon juice

6–8 fresh blueberries (plus more for garnish)

Top with soda water (about 3 oz)

Garnish: lemon wheel + blueberry skewer

Instructions

In a shaker, muddle blueberries with LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup and lemon juice.

Add vodka and ice, then shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Top with soda water and gently stir.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and a few floating blueberries.

• Use sparkling water with lemon flavor for extra zest.
