Ingredients
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz pomegranate juice
• 1 oz LAVA Premium Sour Mix
• ½ oz LAVA Ruby Red Grapefruit Paloma Mix
• ½ oz LAVA simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
• Egg white or aquafaba optional (for foam)
• Garnish: pomegranate arils and grapefruit twist
• Ice: cubed
Instructions

Add vodka, pomegranate juice, LAVA Sour Mix, LAVA Paloma Mix, and LAVA simple syrup to a shaker.

Add egg white or aquafaba if using.

Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to build foam.

Add ice and shake vigorously until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

Garnish with pomegranate arils and a grapefruit twist.
Notes
• Add more Paloma Mix for a stronger grapefruit profile.
• Use aquafaba for a vegan sour.
• Chill the glass for smoother texture and longer foam hold.
