1 oz fresh lemon juice

¾ oz LAVA Nectar Syrup

1 small rosemary sprig (plus extra for garnish)

Optional: splash of soda water to finish

Instructions

Add rosemary and LAVA Nectar Syrup to a shaker and press gently to release aroma (do not over muddle).

Add gin, lemon juice, and ice.

Shake until chilled and aromatic.

Strain into a rocks or coupe glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.

Optional: top with a light splash of soda for extra brightness.
Notes
• Heating the rosemary with steam from the glass (or a quick torch) releases even more aroma.
• Use Meyer lemon juice for a softer, floral citrus profile.
• Add ½ oz LAVA Vanilla Syrup to turn this into a cozy, sweeter fall version.
