Ingredients

2 oz gin

1 egg white (optional, for froth)

Top with club soda (2–3 oz)

Garnish: lemon wheel

Ice: cubed
Instructions

Add gin, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, and egg white (if using) to a shaker.

Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to build froth.

Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Strain into a highball glass.

Top with club soda.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Notes

Egg white gives the signature froth — leave it out for a lighter fizz.

Sub flavored soda (like lemon or grapefruit) for a twist.

Try with barrel-aged gin for a richer profile.
